  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered) 
  • 1/2 small purple onion, diced 
  • 1 avocado, diced 
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped Add extra cilantro in case you like!

  • 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes) 
  • 3 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1/4 tsp sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Gently toss salad elements ina massive serving bowl.
